Langwide Localization Services was created out of the frustration lived by many years working at different LSPs. These agencies claimed to be transparent and fair with both clients and translators. However, none of these were totally true and working from the inside one could see the cracks. At Langwide Localization services we are 100% clear that we couldn’t live without our clients, our vendors, and our inhouse staff. In order to be totally fair and transparent, you need to let go of old paradigms. Our main mission is to educate both clients and vendors on the neverending changing industry that we work in. Technology is changing our lives, and we need to understand it will have an impact in the way we work. We offer the best of technology, without forgetting our human nature, intelect and kindness. We all live on the same world and show empathy to both sides of the coin. As an agency, we understand it is important to balance all our forces as well as our projects.

Her Founder
Meet Lucía Gutiérrez Franco, a dynamic Project and Office Manager with a passion for delivering exceptional localization solutions. With a keen eye for detail and a knack for problem-solving, she brings a wealth of experience in managing diverse projects across various industries.
As a seasoned professional, Lucía has successfully spearheaded content localization endeavors for leading brands in the entertainment, travel and marketing spheres. Her expertise lies in coordinating dubbing projects, ensuring linguistic accuracy, and optimizing workflows to meet tight deadlines. Lucía’s adept negotiation skills have enabled her to forge strong partnerships with localization professionals worldwide, while her commitment to quality assurance guarantees unparalleled results.
Prior to her current role, she held pivotal positions in international localization firms, where she honed her leadership abilities and cultivated a deep understanding of client needs. From managing multi-disciplinary teams to overseeing budgetary constraints, she thrives in fast-paced environments, delivering innovative solutions that drive client success.
Lucía holds a Master’s degree in Audiovisual Translation from the University of Leeds and a Bachelor’s degree in Translation and Interpreting from Basque Country University. Fluent in Spanish and English, with some knowledge of Russian and French, she embodies a global mindset essential for today’s interconnected market.
Outside of her professional pursuits, she finds solace in arts, spirituality, and nature. Whether exploring hiking trails or diving into new challenges, she approaches life with a sense of curiosity and resilience. This has made her live in many different countries from a young age, where she learnt the value of a multicultural world and the understanding in between societies. In fact, all the pictures taken for the web have been taken by her!
Last but not least, she shares her live with her “daugher from another mother” named Tronca, a pot belly pig that is the love of her live and surely you will get to know her while working with Lucia, as she tends to be by her side most of the time!
